At TRIPNETIX (a unit of Finaura Infonetix LLP), we aim to provide a seamless travel experience for our customers. We understand that plans can change, and we’re here to make the process as smooth as possible. Please take a moment to review our cancellation and refund policy.

1. General Guidelines

1.1. This policy applies to all our services availed through our website and any other channels including phone, email, or in-person etc.,.
1.2. Refunds will be processed in accordance with the terms set by our payment gateway partners and may take up to 7–10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment method.
1.3. Any fees charged by the payment gateway (e.g., transaction or processing fees) are non-refundable unless required by law.

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1 Cancellation by the Customer

  • Cancellations must be initiated through your account on our website or by contacting our customer support team.
  • Cancellation requests made within the specified time-frame of the booking (as mentioned in the product-specific terms) will qualify for a refund, minus any applicable cancellation fees.

2.2 Cancellation by TRIPNETIX (a unit of Finaura Infonetix LLP)

  • Some services, such as promotional or discounted offers, may be explicitly marked as non-refundable. Please review the terms and conditions before completing a booking.

2.3 Cancellation / Changes by Customers for Confirmed Bookings

  • All Non-Refundable bookings are not eligible for Refunds at any point of time.
  • For Refundable bookings:
    • Cancel 24 Hours or More Before Departure: We’ll charge a 5% fee of the total trip cost as platform charges / service charges. The fee is over and above the cancellation charges collected by our service providers.
    • Cancel Within 24 Hours of Departure: A full 100% of the trip cost will be charged.
    • Changes: Change fee plus fare / price differences (if any) has to be paid by the Customers.

2.4 Force Majeure

In the event of any Force Majeure situations (including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events) beyond our control, TRIPNETIX shall not be held liable for any delays or cancellations. Refunds, if applicable, will be subject to supplier or partner policies.

3. Refund Policy

Note: Refunds are subject to eligibility as defined in our service and partner terms.

3.1. Refunds will be initiated only after verifying the cancellation request and ensuring compliance with the terms of this policy.
3.2. Refund amounts will vary depending on the cancellation timing, service type, and partner-specific policies.
3.3. Refunds for partial cancellations (e.g., one leg of a round trip or one item from a bundled package) will be processed based on the terms of the specific service provider(s).

4. Processing Fees

A cancellation fee may be applied to recover costs incurred by TRIPNETIX (a unit of Finaura Infonetix LLP) and our payment gateway partners. This fee will be communicated clearly during the cancellation process.

5. Payment Gateway Compliance

All transactions are subject to the rules and regulations of our payment gateway partners. Any chargebacks or disputes must be resolved directly with your payment provider.

6. Modifications to the Policy

TRIPNETIX (a unit of Finaura Infonetix LLP) reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon being posted on our website.

7. Dispute Resolution

All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Guntur, Andhra Pradesh only.
